Stephen Gishen founded the firm (orginally Gishen Attorneys) in March 2022 based on his ability to attract clients and his commercial expertise in various fields of the law. Stephen was admitted in the High Court of South Africa in April 2015 and has since then been exposed to various facets of the law through practice both in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Stephen was employed as the head of legal and compliance at a large company for 5 years whereby his commercial experience and exposure to the internal workings and legalities of a large corporation became his areas of expertise. Stephen specialises in company and commercial law, employment law, dispute resolution and general risk and compliance.
